WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE "LOGO ONLY PACKAGE" AND "BRANDING PACKAGE"?
Your Logo Only Package includes:

  • PNG with a transpared background
  • JPG with a white background
  • A vector file
Your Branding Package includes:
  • PNG with a transpared background
  • JPG with a white background
  • A Vector File
  • Black Watermark
  • White Watermark
  • Branding Board

TURN AROUND TIME:
Premade Logos: Please allow 5 - 7 business days for customization and delivery of premade logos.  Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.  These will be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Printed Items: Please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery of your printed items.  Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.  These will be shipped to the mailing address entered during checkout.

ITEM SIZING

Please check the product details for each item’s size to prevent errors in ordering. If you ever have questions, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide the information you need.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We always love creating new designs and products from scratch.  Please contact us for a quote.  Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time and may have a higher price point.  Ask us for details.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:
Premade Logos:
Due to the nature of custom design and digital files, refunds and/or cancellations are not available.

Physical Products:
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.  We also cannot accept returns on Gift Cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@jessicameredithdesign.com within 48 hours of receipt, and we will provide information about how to proceed.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
